AAERI Logo Use Policy

AAERI™, the Association of Australian Education Representatives in India, and all associated logos, certification marks, service marks, collective membership marks, seals, and brand assets are the exclusive property of AAERI. These marks are protected under Indian trademark laws and may only be used by current AAERI members in accordance with AAERI's branding and usage guidelines.

Use of the AAERI marks or logos does not imply endorsement or approval by AAERI of any individual, company, product, or service, unless the user is an officially certified AAERI member or entity.

All marks must not be altered, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from AAERI. Unauthorized use of AAERI’s logos or trademarks—including use by non-members—may constitute trademark infringement or fraud and may lead to legal action and/or criminal prosecution.

Suspended, expelled, or non-renewed members must immediately cease using the AAERI logo and remove it from all digital and printed materials. Unauthorized use, including by non-members or suspended members, will be considered a violation of AAERI’s Code of Conduct and may lead to legal or disciplinary action.

The logo must be used in its original form and may not be altered, distorted, or used in a misleading manner.

Other trademarks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.
